Exchanges and Returns
All sales for the majority of our limited edition designer toys and blind box collectibles are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of heart, duplicate items, or opened packaging.
Please read product information thoroughly as blind boxes are sent at random and cannot be returned due to the figure that is received.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you are among the few who receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with us with 7 days after you receive it for us to assist you.

We examine every issue that we receive and promise a response within 2 to 3 working days.
In the event that we are able to assist you, we will refund you the amount or send a replacement, if we are able to.
Note: Minor imperfections and differences on goods which are painted or made by hand are normal and considered normal and not defects.
Return Delivery
Return shipping costs will be covered or a return label will be provided for a return if it is allowed (for instance, for items that are damaged). Unauthorized returns will be rejected and will not be paid for.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Carriers are responsible for your order once it leaves our warehouse. Lafufu Store is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation. We recommend that at checkout you select a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance.
Final Provisions
Any item that was purchased must be returned unused and sealed in its original packaging, if any, provided.
Items that are designated as clearance, limited edition, or final sale items cannot be returned.
Any return that does not comply with our policy will be considered incomplete and is subject to denial.
